If you missed that then here is the information: Pick up will be in Ballard County, KY. The coins and other items that are in lots 1 - 133 are located in Wickliffe, KY and Lots 134 – 244 are located in the Barlow area with the exception of the two large pizza ovens, lot 219, as these are located in Kevil. All winning bidders will receive complete addresses and instructions after the auction. We will have pick up available on Wednesday, September 24 2pm – 6pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! We will have a little flexibility on the restaurant equipment. All other items will need to be picked up on the 09/24/25 unless you have purchased some of the restaurant equipment. Pick up is by appointment only and you can schedule your pick-up slot online from the email you will receive once you are invoiced. ****AGAIN, Please DO NOT attempt to enter the property before the scheduled times. This is considered trespassing so, just please don’t. There is security in place. **** On Monday following the auction you will receive an invoice in which you can pay online. Occasionally, some browsers do not like our gateway and the pay button will not work. If this happens call us, 270-556-6217. Within a few minutes of the invoice being sent you will get an email with the exact address for pick up and any other instructions you might need for this auction. IF YOU BOUGHT SOMETHING, CHECK YOUR EMAIL! In the email you will have a link to select your pick-up appointment. It is simple to use. If you have problems, call we will fix it for you. We are happy to ship items that can be shipped. Just let us know if that is something you want us to do. We will pick up your items and bring thing back to the office for shipping. There is a 10% buyers premium for this auction. All payments MUST be made prior to picking up. We cannot accept payments at pick up. If you do not set your appointment do not expect us to wait around for you. This is why we have appointment time slots. Your time is valuable just like ours. Please be on time. We will work hard to have your small items gathered in one place. This will save you as much time as possible. Be prepared to load yourself. Bring any loading assistant you might need, boxes, and packing materials. It is also a good idea to always have a couple of tools with you like screwdrivers, pliers, and a dolly. We will not be able to help with the furniture, large tools, or other heavy items that will have to be moved and loaded by hand. If you miss your pick-up time or do not show up or call your items will be discarded. I do not have space to store your items. Please have a copy of your paid invoice. I will email all paid invoices out prior to pick up. If you do not have an invoice that is marked paid you will need to pay or call if you have problems.
