Large Online Estate Auction **Note early closing time. ***NOTE THE FASTER CLOSE. There will just be a 20 second stagger rather than the normal 30 seconds. Full house full of items. Shops with tools and other items. Some farm machinery, tractor, and Ford truck. All will sell to the highest bidder. There will be a 10% buyers premium for this auction. Pick up will be in Cayce, KY. Winning bidders will get an email of the exact address will receive a link to schedule pick up time. ONE DAY PICK UP ONLY. This will be on April 3. (Grain bin buyers will be allowed some extra time to remove the grain bins.) Be prepared. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED. This will be a hard and fast pick up. Limited parking. We will have a machine onsite to assist with the machinery. If you are the winning bidder of any implements, it is your responsibility to bring a saw to cut any of the small trees that would hinder the loading of the equipment. Due to the size of this auction and if you buy multiple items be prepared! Please make sure you have enough help to load and enough truck/trailer space to get it in one load. You will also have to bring boxes, crates, or totes to be able to get some of these items. We will try to get as much as we can gathered for you to make the process faster.
